We are paid by the assets under our management and/or insurance products we sell. As fiduciaries, our fees are fully disclosed in our Form ADV Part 2A disclosure document, which we are required to provide to you at the start of our relationship and on an annual basis.

• Your latest financial statements and documents, such as mutual funds, CDs, life insurance policies, annuity policies, retirement accounts (IRA, 401(k), TSA, 403(b)), trust, etc.
• A copy of last year’s tax return (if possible)
